SPAM Policy

As directed by Senate Bill No. 8, The State of Ohio, and as outlined in our Terms of Use,
Section 5B, we will not tolerate SPAM and will prosecute for the maximum
allowable by Ohio and Federal Law. You may review a copy of the Bill here.

Please note that Ohio law allows us to potentially collect $50 per instance
for a maximum of $50,000 under section F1a, and may be increased to a maximum
of $500,000 if the instance was a "wilful or knowing violation".
